How Orvana looks after your personal data under Singapore's PDPA.
What we keep
We keep the raw data from your sample for as long as your account is open, so we can check it again if the science improves or something needs a second look. Only the lab that read your sample and our own analysis ever handle it.
Deleting it
You can permanently delete your raw sample data and every result, answer and report linked to you at any time. We keep your signed consent and an anonymous record of what happened, because the PDPA and our clinical duties require it.
